Photocopies, scans, or screenshots are not accepted.

Acceptable Forms of Valid ID

U.S. Driver’s License, State, or Liquor ID
(Issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles in any state)

U.S. Passport or Passport Card
(Issued by the U.S. Department of State)

Military ID
(Issued to active-duty service members, retirees, and dependents)

Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
(Issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services — USCIS)

Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC)
(Issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs)

DHS Trusted Traveler Cards
(Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST)

Foreign Passport

Tribal ID Card
(Issued by a federally or state-recognized Native American tribe)

Employment Authorization Document (EAD)
(Issued by USCIS)

Foreign Consular ID Card
(Issued by a foreign government’s consulate)
